PD#1

Crabbe Mountain - Dec. 10, 2009

We got our first somewhat significant dump of the season. About half as much as we had hoped for. But most of the Maritimes got rain, we were spared the wet stuff.

First turn in mid way down the glades and I found this deep pocket to play in

Oh oh, skis aren't planing...

YIKES...somehow I skied out of it, but I was pretty bummed to wrecked the line

Not one to be out done, Stefan dropping in next run on the Flume

Click on the pic to see the shear terror look on his face as he knows what's coming

Ouch

Lower down on the Flume, things were a little more consistent and not as wind affected

Stefan enjoying life on the mountain

All work and no play, had to stop and chat with Big Larry who was out base building

Stefan finds the goods

Now that's what I'm talking about

Touring up Embrees

Lovin' Life on the Lower Flume

Good times, as long as you stayed light on your feet which I'm not good at, however, next to no damage inflicted on bodies and skis.
